Refund policy

All sales are final, with the following exceptions:

  • We offer store credit on items received that show major defects. In such case, Next Chapter will be responsible for all return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs for exchanged items. Thrifted items are exactly that- thrifted and will show wear. We do our best to provide accurate photos of all of our thrifted items.
  • To be considered valid, all claims must be made in writing and received within 5 days of delivery date.
  • Prior to the exchange, the customer must email nextchapterbookshopplus@gmail.com and receive confirmation of acceptance for exchange from Next Chapter before shipping returned merchandise to us.
  • Next Chapter is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred through shipping.
  • We will not accept merchandise for exchange or return that has been worn, used, altered or damaged due to use.
